Constituted Club

With a mission to unite enthusiasts from Thame and surrounding areas who share a passion for tabletop gaming, we have constituted the club to provide a solid foundation for  operations. This framework also ensures that we can effectively manage and grow the club, fostering a thriving community for all our members.

Whether you’re into board games, card games, role-playing, or miniatures, our club is the perfect place to enjoy your hobby, and be part of a vibrant community.

Why Constitute the Club?

The constitution, last updated on the 27th of March 2024, outlines our purpose, structure, and values. It highlights our commitment to inclusivity, ensuring that everyone, regardless of background, feels welcome. We believe that financial constraints should never be a barrier to participation, so membership and regular events are free.

However, now that we are constituted club with a club bank account and an operating committee, members will be able to contribute financially to the club if they so desire through  annual or one off donations. Some special events, moving forward, may have voluntary costs, and donations are welcomed to support our activities.
